The images below shows a new build that we undertook. The property was originally a small bungalow which we knocked down and replaced with this 4 bedroom property close to the center of Cheltenham.

We had already enquired about planning permission for a possible extension and so when the current owners chose to get the extension done, we knew exactly what would be accepted and advised accordingly.
